Official Contest Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER.


1. HOW TO ENTER :
Starting 9:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST) on the 1st of each month and continuing through to 11:59 p.m. (PST) on the last day of the current month.
Online Entry Method: Visit http://www.abbypcdoctor.com/ and complete the entry form and submit your email address online. If entrant chooses to use the "Tell a Friend" feature to send a message to a friend, s/he will receive one additional entry per submitted friend's e-mail address. Limit one entry per e-mail address, plus one additional entry per friend referred to this site.


2. QUALIFICATION :
This contest is open to residents of Canada (excluding the province of Quebec) who are of legal age in their province or territory at time of entry. Employees of Abby PC Doctor, their affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, prize suppliers, independent judging organization, or parties engaged in the development, production and distribution of materials related to this contest, and members of their immediate families living in the same household are not eligible. Void in the province of Quebec and where prohibited by law.

3. PRIZE :
Each month, one winner may only win one prize. Prize must be accepted as awarded, has no cash equivalent and are not transferable or refundable. The odds of winning are determined by the number of eligible entries received via the Internet and through EMail by the contest closing date. Abby PC Doctor reserves the right to substitute prize/s of equal or greater value in the event that the prize described is unavailable due to circumstances beyond its control.

4. PRIZE SELECTION :
Prize winner will be chosen by random drawing on the 1st of each month from amongst all the eligible entries we receive via the Internet and through EMail by the contest closing date. The first name drawn will be the prize winner.
Winner will be notified by EMail, mail or phone within 14 days of selection. Return of the prize notification/grand prize as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. No transfer or substitution of the grand prize permitted. . Acceptance of the grand prize offered constitutes permission to use winner's name, city of residence and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation. Prize will be awarded and delivered to the winner by Abby PC Doctor.
